This traditional movement offered by Dynamic's selectorized leg extension machine is ready for use with minimal adjustment. Simply adjust the positioning of the back, then hop on. The lower, padded arm swings free to automatically adjust to leg length, offering a comfortable, smooth and perfect movement.
