FREIGHT

Net orders qualifying for prepaid freight receive freight savings only if invoice is paid in accordance with the payment terms. DYNAMIC reserves the right to choose the most economical and dependable freight company to deliver your products. Typically, all shipments are made via YRC Freight or FedEx Ground unless arranged otherwise. Freight quotes are valid for 60 days. Freight is quoted as “dock to dock” unless otherwise noted. Additional freight charges may apply for special delivery needs as follows: Residential $58, Lift Gate $25, Inside Delivery $30, Limited Access $51, Call Prior $0.  For any additional questions about shipping please contact our Customer Service team. Any non-freight qualifying order is subject to a delivery fee.  All special handling fees above and beyond transportation costs assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer and DYNAMIC reserves the right to bill these to you.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss to all goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to carrier at point of shipment whether or not seller pays any part of the freight unless such material are delivered by seller’s truck, in which case, risk of loss in such material shall remain and be in seller and shall pass to buyer upon delivery to buyer at buyer’s destination point. If buyer requires a means of transportation other than that selected by seller then, buyer shall pay any extra cost incurred by reason of using other means. Seller shall retain a purchase money security interest in all good until buyer pays same in full.  On seller’s request, buyer shall execute any documents required by seller to perfect such security interest in the goods and where permitted, buyer hereby authorizes seller to sign and file, without buyer signing, financing statements to perfect seller’s purchase of money security interest.  On demand, buyer shall pay to seller any expenses of preparing and filing of such statements.

OVERAGES AND SHORTAGES

The shipping placard is not intended to be a receiving document. Please verify all counts against the packing slip included with your shipment. Should a discrepancy be found, please fax a copy of the shipping placard with all details of the discrepancy within 48 hours of arrival of your shipment.  All discrepancies are subject to verification by DYNAMIC.  Please direct the fax to the attention of Inventory Control.

OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

  • All returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Contact our Customer Service team to receive your RMA number.
  • Once an RMA number is assigned, the product must be returned to DYNAMIC within 7 days. The packages you send back must have an RMA number printed on the outside of each individual box.
  • All returns must have factor authorization and should be shipped freight prepaid to DYNAMIC.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% (fifteen) restocking fee.
  • No returns on items that are discontinued. Any returned product will be issued in the form of a credit. Credit may be used in the form of merchandise only. Neither checks nor any form of cash will be issued for credits.
  • If any defective materials are found, they should be returned immediately. Please send all documentation with the goods on what specifically is deemed by the buyer to be the defect. Final determination of defective materials will remain with the seller. Seller will notify buyer of the final determination.
  • Any orders that have special or customer made goods cannot be cancelled at any time nor can they be returned.
  • Refused shipments are subject to a 35% (thirty-five) restocking fee. In addition, all related shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to the terms of the original invoice.
  • DYNAMIC reserves the right to inspect all goods returned and charge back any and all necessary reconditioning and related expenses so that goods may be restored to resalable condition.
  • No returns on custom colors.
